There does not seem to be an actual Nimbus effect with this item. When you click and cast the spell, a dreamcatcher momentarily appears above your head and then it goes away. So, there is a spell effect, but no actual Nimbus effect that I am seeing? Meaning this isn't actually a Nimbus item at all, but a buff click (that doesn't stack with Mount Blessing Kala)?
