I am having the same problem, logged into my account for the first time in years and had 1 yesterday but not today. My account is from 2002. I was just trying to decided what character to upgrade.

It is definitely NOT March 26th, 2014 11:59pm PDT yet, but our chance to claim Heroic Characters is gone now... can we please get an extra day added to this? I was planning on claiming this today.

why did promotion end early? we at least deserve a expanation. was it a error or complication? it wasnt supposed to end until 11:59PM really wanted to give eq 1 a try again =(

I am having the same issue was able to create 1 earlier, but not for my other accounts which were all created prior to November 8th, 2013.

Can we please get an explanation why the promotion ended a day early when it says it ends tonight at 11:59 PST. I filed a customer ticket (#140326-000555)

I finally made my mind up as to which character I wanted to upgrade, and logged in to do so - only to find that I had zero heroic characters. I checked yesterday and it said I had until midnight pacific time. This is a big disappointment and I hope it will be corrected.

Definitely someone flipped the switch early or someone made a typo on the date. I have 2 accounts I was ready to make the heroic toons on and I got the same message of 0 available when yesterday they had 1 on them. Please fix soon!

There has been none stop talk and banter about HC in game since it was anounced, also e-mail's and on the massage boards so you can't say it hasn't been pushed. And as for those that thought they would leave it till the last breath just so they could complain about not being able to make a HC T**** S***, you've had plenty of time.

One more disgruntled customer here. Went to make an 85 heroic char and it says I can't. If I had known that the offer was going to be ended earlier then I would not have waited. Please address this.

Can't remake my free heroic to a useful one instead of the heroic druid I was testing to see how they started out.

Funny I have not heard of HC in any game chat, probably because I have not been in game since 2007, first email I got was March 25th around 11:00am and I have not been on a SOE message board in years either, sooo why all the hate on people complaining about something that SOE themselves said was available untill March 26th 11:59 PDT??

I found out about this TODAY on SOE's facebook update which I'm a member of because I play Planetside. But yeah, because we're trying to claim an offer on a valid time before cutoff: Tough S***

Offer was true, I had it last night and not today, something got messed up somewhere, but the offer was true.

No, bait and switch is when something is for sale, say a cheap dvd player, and when you get there they tell you all of them are gone and you have to buy a more expensive dvd player if you want a dvd player.

The free HC offer went away several hours early. I think they'll put it back.

Got a response to my petition. They say there is something messed up and to try again in a couple of hours.
