Does Truebox actually solve anything?

And in 2024 the true box mechanism does not change the number of boxers by a noticeable amount.

You can continue to believe you are forcing people to play in a way YOU approve of...but you're not.

Pretty sure the new servers will be true box and quite certain unless there is no FTE option I will be playing on one of them and I will be boxing...most likely on the true box server as I only two box either way.

Can't wait for the new tlp annoucements, so the constant stream of "no truebox, no encounter locking, let me bot army and KS" posts stop.

True, but hopfully the number of threads will go down to something reasonable. I'm still convinced its the same few people behind all of them just using multiple accounts.

That is has been my entire point , Il give you the blue moon server might survive the next TLP if the incoming server's rulesets are garbage otherwise .... there toast or well the population plummets to require boxing and that is a issue on it's own imo.

The entire issue is the constant release of TLP's on a yearly cycle.

It's predictable , down to the date ... that's kind of sad.

It's almost self defeating for those that want to form lasting guilds , lasting friendships and perhaps play content they have never experienced. You know the most likely expiration date.

This alone no matter what splits the player population , some stay , some leave for the new TLP , some just quit.

Do you know this for a fact or you just throwing out random statements?

Me and my box army of *checks notes* 2 boxes in which I prefer playing on a single machine vs two!

I can't wait until people stop conflating all people who box as KSing bot armies.

I played on both. Leveled to 63 on Aradune before Mischief's announcement stole me away, leveled to 44 in classic on Rizlona before I got sick of soloing as there were no groups, anywhere. You had to box to do anything on Riz.

Your post also doesn't make sense. Why would a boxer willingly choose truebox over non truebox? The only plausible reason is because they internally know they have a physical advantage over single-PC owners. Nothing more, nothing less. Again, truebox rules benefit people who want to have a built in advantage over other players. Truebox breeds greed and toxicity. It's caters to those who want to circumvent the rules/code to exploit others. Normal boxing rules means everyone is on the same playing field (1 pc).

As someone who exclusively 2-boxes max, I would never willingly choose true box over normal boxing rulesets. The only reason I chose Aradune was because a majority ruled of my clique and that majority ultimately realized Rizlona would've been a better ruleset long term. Luckily Aradune ended it's boxing rules and made our lives "normal" again.

Because I am not saying what you want to hear? Yeah, that is common among humans. What makes you think it would have been different? Why would anyone on Riz group with someone else when they could just run their own box groups? All the single boxers went to Aradune. There was no one to group with on Riz. EC tunnel was empty. It was not pretty for the non-boxer, which is to be expected on a boxing server.
