Does full damage always land?

    Heard while back that some classes alpha strikes don't always land for the full listed damage. Aka.. zerker (for example) dicho hits for 2.5 mil but only acty a portion of that damage actually lands.

    Is this true in part or at all ? If so which classes are hit like this and is it different from melee to spell?

    AFAIK all of them have a chance of not landing for full damage. Zerker is "special" their dicho is split up into multiple hits.
