Heard while back that some classes alpha strikes don't always land for the full listed damage. Aka.. zerker (for example) dicho hits for 2.5 mil but only acty a portion of that damage actually lands. Is this true in part or at all ? If so which classes are hit like this and is it different from melee to spell?
AFAIK all of them have a chance of not landing for full damage. Zerker is "special" their dicho is split up into multiple hits.
