Does anyone from DBG work CS tickets?

    They are permanently backed up after they laid off like 50%+ of CS in like February

    I think 2-3 days has been my experience most of the time. I think that is reasonable. This is a pretty old game and and though when you need CS you really need it I dont seem to need it that often. Well only exception has been all the spam flags my accounts have been suddenly getting.
