Discipline Timers Too Long

    Pretty simple. Disciplines are reporting far longer reuse times than they should be. IE: Knifeplay Discipline description read a 5min reuse timer, however it's currently reporting as 59min left to use it again. This is happening with multiple disciplines/abilities. Another example is Dissident Weapons. 5min reuse showing I have to wait 30min. Or Vexatious Puncture. 30sec reuse reporting a 30min wait.

    Zoning, relogging, rebooting have not helped.

    Hit Agile-Footed, reported the correct reuse timer. Then I zoned it added an hour to the countdown. Oh boy.

    Remember...hot button timers have a tendency to lie because Daybreak/Darkpaw refuses to fix the bug.

    Look at the actual AA in the Alt Advancement Window. If it shows "ready", then the button is glitching. Just hit the hotkey as normal and it'll clear the strange timer and refresh as normal.

    Oh it was absolutely computer clock issues. Despite being set to auto-sync and update to Daylight Savings, it did not and everything went haywire.
