Dev: Lockjaw LDON

    Much to our surprise, we got the LDON message around Midnight PT on Lockjaw (wasn't this supposed to happen at noon pacific from now on?) ... however no NPC's have spawned as of 8:54am PT. Can someone go kick the hamsters and remind them to spawn the NPCs?

    Yeah, figured it wouldn't be looked at until tomorrow but was worth a shot. PMed Ry yesterday asking when the unlock was set to take place and low and behold we got the message early this morning. Thought someone might be around but /shrug. It's not like we are in a big hurry to unlock anything with this xpac.

    Yeah, It was set to open a vote instead of opening the server (a setting that we could not reasonably change when we caught it on Ragefire)

    I manually opened it today.
