Fixed Desktop Windowed mode position issue

Pretty sure none of the changes fixed using BFS programs and such to achieve the original results for a fake borderless fullscreen.

Someone fill me in, if you've found something that wasn't working that now works after the patch.

WindowedModeYOffset=-31 didn't work for me in win7 ;(

Here's my settings to get borderless full screen on my 1440p screen. Will need to tick "Overlap Windows Taskbar" in Options (Alt O). You'll need to adjust for your resolution.

[Defaults]
WindowedModeXOffset=-8
WindowedModeYOffset=-31
Maximized=0

[VideoMode]
WindowedWidth=2560
WindowedHeight=1440

Not sure if it's related but I always play in windowed mode where I can see the bar at the top of the screen. When I hit the X to close EQ (what has always been treated as /camp desk) it moves my entire EQ window down an inch on my screen and next time I start the game that's where it will be located. It's very annoying.

i always play 7 accounts in windowed mode and was able to hide the whole bar at the top by moving it up out of view and then it would always stay where i put it, now it just pops back down right after i move it ;(
really not happy with this and hope you can change it back asap as the bar is very, very unwanted!!!

That means its fixed for them, and next patch it will go to us.

Please fix this. I have to constantly adjustment my windows positioning.

Based on your description, I think you're playing in Maximized window mode.

I think this is pre-existing behavior and not related to this bug report. I've created a ticket to track this issue.
