Deleted Journeyman's Compass?

My girlfriend has completed numerous explorer achievements, especially in Veil of Alaris, House of Thule, etc. but cannot find a journeyman's compass in her inventory. She says it's possible she may have deleted it, thinking it was a worthless collection or some sort. Is there a way to get another one? Does she have to complete a new series of exploration /ach or is there a special command/claim? Anyone with any knowledge of this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Did she check outputfile inventory? or her find key in bank and inventory ?

If not she should be able to get another one by doing any of the explorer achievements from Seeds of Destruction to Rain of Fear

Yes, of course, she already checked recovery and all. Thank you DBG for responding to her petition! They said it was in an eviction crate and she may have put it in my bixie house!!! Ugh.

That should have shown in the inventory find. I had items that showed in an eviction crate at least.
