Deleted Achievement Rewards... [noob]

Combining an item from EoK with Element of Kunark without taking an achievement aug out... What's the best way to get this back?

Can't quest for the aug again and it's not "deleted" so not showing in recover.
Best way to petition and hope or is there a NPC to hail in game??

You're probably out of luck but you can try to petition. I wouldn't expect a satisfactory solution but maybe you'll get lucky.

Feel free to reaquire through gameplay on another character....

Petitioned but I'm just waiting for this answer!! The Forgotten Gemstone is non-heirloom so it would be annoying if they came back with this.
