mine is fireing off of normal frenzy but even testcopy and aa reset nothing diffrent for me /shrug glad i kill super fast as is dont see this "fix" coming anytime soon
I'm definitely bugged or something. The only way I get riposte decaps is if I testcopy, reset my aa and repurchase my aa.
lots of berserker look like us but according dev "AA was working has intented if you don t decapitate on a risposte it was because it doesn t proc of riposte" ...
btw another question about decapitation was it a spell ( because you do critical blast) or a mele damage ? if it was a spell why it doesn t fire on seru ? if it was physical why it don t heal me when i was under SK epic effect ?
thanks always fun that see ranger do HS has physical, rogue assassinate has physical and berserker decapitation has spell, maybie we should ask for manaburn after all we have unused mana on gear ^^
Decap not working off of riposte for me either... yet it's working for 9 out of 10 other zerker's i've talked to.
Have frenzied defense aa's done? Decap can fire off of frenzy and you frenzy on a successful riposte if you have these aa's. And just a weird question but are ya'll that are having problems Vah Shir, if so race change and check then?
Agreed with reprisal, but my zerker is a troll. My buddy's zerker is a troll too, and his decap fires from ripostes/frenzy. I haven't even seen mine fire from frenzy...I'm not max AA but I think 3k is a fair number with most everything in arch/class maxed.
Just confirmed decap will not proc for me off of frenzy, just spent 30 mins mashing the frenzy button on a dummy in GGH, and nada.
Not sure if this has been said, but... when you guys test it on GH dummies, are you sure the dummy is the right level? At 100, a "light blue" dummy isn't enough, as level 90 dummies can be LB, but decap only works on level 88 or lower at max.
I made sure it worked on the dummy I tested on, went off fine with auto attack/volley line. Won't go off with frenzy and still can't get it to go off with riposte. I just wish a dev or someone would look into this.
Because all classes should be the same? Most berserkers didnt ask for decap. or actually asked not to get it. But devs gave it to us because its godlike hard to get a max level berserker as your first class. I am not too much against it, but if it in any way factors against our DPS gains i would remove it in a heartbeat. So not berserkers haven't really asked for it, and besides Dacapitation xp is not the fastest in the game, not by a long shot, its in the middle of the pack.
Ya we can solo light blue mobs how awesome. Necros, Mages, Wizards can solo current content. Go try that on a zerker.
Not true by a long shot. Think what you are saying. Some classes should certainly be able to xp atleast 50% faster than others in EQ (in certain situations and certain level ranges). EQ classes in general are about specialism and variety. You then form a team drawing from these strengths and weaknesses. Once you go down the road of no classes should be able to do X 50% better than another under any circumstances you asking for any one of the mordern, bland and ultimately boring mmos releases of recent years. For me every classes should be able to do some amazing things that few others can pull off in certain circumstances that is what makes EQ classes great compared to other MMOs.
Wrong section, Headshot, Assassinate, and Decap aren't upgraded past 95. Check the caster section; You'll find some classes are capable of getting solo exp 100%+ faster and actually doing it "solo" where Zerkers and Rogues couldn't really do that even when it was up to date.
LOL.. then you should be complaining in other boards besides this one. Swarm killing tank classes, kiting druids, wizards and necros can kill WAY harder mobs and more of them than us lowly berserker killing LIGHT BLUE mobs.
