Friends don't let friends cast Roar of Thunder.

Why not report that as bug.

Cannot be true a class cannot use their deaggro ability due to another class.

It has been the case for 18 years, since Roar of Thunder was made in Omens of War expansion. For many years, the dot it blocked was one necros could play without, but since Aristo consolidated it's a big deal to not get to use.

FD is a quicker more efficient deaggro.

roar does free up some debuffslots so we can apply more dots of our own
