    They sell around the price of a blue diamond or so. Pretty sure it's just lore, or backstory, for the Qeynos excavation part of Dead Hills. There should be an achievement where you drink them all and you get the title Alcoholic.

    However, if you hand one in to the archivist where you hand in the A5 pieces, he does mention something about them, but says it isn't what he is interested in. Maybe it'll be used in the future.

    As far as i could tell after looking around quite a bit and trying a bunch of things (against my better judgment since they lacked quest tags) they are merely for ''flavor' and plat.
