Fixed Internally DB Store not giving membership discount if viewed on the character select screen

I went to buy a heroic character upgrade and when I viewed purchasing the token it did not give a membership discount. I checked other items and they were not showing as well. I had to go in game to make the purchase and still receive the discount.
