So, what's up with this mission? I left awhile during TDS and when returned I piddled a bit in EoK and then Agnarr server. Me and a friend decided to hit live a few months back and progression along the way. Everything has been a breeze and I was finally convinced to try boxing. So my Warrior is 110 18k AA and have my Bard 110 14k AA and my friend is running Ranger and Mage with 16k AA. All of us Conflagrat gear so nothing much has been an issue until this lady. Seems a bit of a nightmare and more trouble than it should be. We've ripped her down to single digit numbers and pop our cure potions but can't seem to beat her. Is it our healer mercs or what advice would you guys offer? It does seem way overtuned to me but I'm guessing it's part of the script that's screwing with us.
yes. Healer mercenaries are not replacements for player healers. It almost always matters some. Sometimes it matters a lot.

^^^^ Is a debuff, merc will cure it, which switches to the next buff that merc cures ... repeatedly. If you succeed with a merc go play the lotto, you are very lucky.
Those three debuffs are flipped when enough counters are removed with a disease cure spell. Cleric mercs aren't probably programmed to deal with flipping the debuff to the correct one for your class (anything except Physicality for tanks. Use Faith for DPS, and use Limbs for healers)
yeah you need a real healer that has healing tools and good decision making. mercs suck so bad, it takes 2 mercs to even come close to 1 player cleric
Makes sense. The fight becomes insanity at that part and mercs are only adding to problem. Well, it's good to know what needs to be done before attempting that again. Thanks for feedback.
Healer mercs cast both Furial Renewal and Word of Greater Restoration. [55276/4740] Furial Renewal Rk. the problem is, mercs will cure before they will heal .. so if you have 2 mercs, and suddenly you need a cure, they will both stop healing to cure you, letting you die
We beat it last night with no priests at all SK, SK, beast, necro, necro, monk. Fun times! EDIT: Berserker, not beastlord. And we got all 3 /achs.
Figured I'd revisit this since we finally returned and squashed her today. We decided to roll up a Shaman and Cleric and get them set up into the fold, so this nasty damsel went on hold awhile. Needless to say she's dead. Yeah, those healer mercs are really trash tier. We only took Shaman and it made all the difference. Thanks for the input!
Congrats. And yeah, it's a bit of a rough mission and healer mercs really are that clueless. They're like the healer that a tanks significant other plays just so they can say they're playing with them. Actually not really. The mindless push one button while watching TV significant other would heal better.
