Damage Proc potions for a Wizard?

Hi,

I am currently in Seeds of Destruction, and from what I understand in Underfoot or above Shaman's can make damage proc potions that I can use on my Wizard. Does anyone have any information about these, what they're called or what the ingredients are ?
