Support ticket went in 5 hours ago. Not a peep since. Surely somebody works in the customer service desk? How long should these things take? Account payment options have now been taken off and I can't add any of my credit cards to the account even to maintain all access.
5 Hours? I've had a ticket in for 13 days without a response. Daybreak going for that Comcast tier Customer support rating.
I ended up taking off all payment options and tried to get a new payment source added. That failed and so I ended up with no ability to purchase all access. After trying for hours I gave up, then it actually got sorted out by the time i returned home from work.
I've been waiting hours, I hope it doesn't turn into days. Maybe regretting returning after a long time.
