When i log in for the first time any given day since the last patch, the Sony Station Popup is acting weird and i close it, and then my cursor will flash erratically turning into the "windows circular waiting graphic" . The only thing ive managed to do to stop it is restart the computer, then load up EQ again and the second time the Sony Station Popup does not happen, and the cursor bug does not occur. It is extremely distracting and annoying to have the mouse cursor shapeshifting and flashing for attention every 20 seconds or so.
I have been noticing this as well. Very annoying. I cant recall if there is a option to disable the welcome screen or not, well I haven't found it. Also on occasion when getting into game, opening a bag or merchant my game will freeze for a second then open the bag. If there was an actual animation other players could see me kneel and open one of my backpacks and pick a item it would be worth it, but for now its a nuisance
