Are the first batch of cultural items available to be crafted on Mangler? They don't seem to be showing up in the cultural forge.
You can craft the non-magic versions of the cultural items, but I believe the magic versions come out in....Either Velious or Luclin, I forget, it's been a while. You also have to manually craft the first one of each recipe.
So none of it unlocks until Velious at the earliest? Won't it all be useless by then? I can verify that Dwarf Enchanted Plate does not work, it says 'you fail to meet the requirements'. I am at 188 and there does not seem to be a way to go any higher without the Mistletoe Cutting Sickle (which really shouldn't be in Mangler). The Enchanted Dwarven Plate seemed the most logical next steps.
Mostly in the early expansions, yeah, but there are some in-era standouts: never forget banded! Wu's, Fierce Heraldic etc
