After having completed the Crystallos key, and having zone in, logged out I still get rejected zoning in and kicked to the Steamfont zoneline.
Also having this same issue, luckily I'm a caster and bound at the line so I just run up against it until I get in

I was joining guild member who already fully loaded in zone before I attempt to zone in. I added the dev requested details to the other thread.
