Critical success on Recruit Fighters doesn't yield +1 extra

    If you get a critical success on Recruit Fighters missions I noticed it doesn't give the extra +1 that it does with the recruit workers etc...

    Or maybe they are reversed and the Recruit quests are rewarding 7 for a success and 5 for a critical success. Either way some are going to hate me for pointing that out but I have this really mean honest streak.
