Creating Fake Item/Achievement/Dialogue Links in EQ

    Pretty sure it's a hash value of the different item values (thus why it changes when they modify the item), but idk how it's calculated exactly.

    Think link data looks like this?

    # of hex digits = value
    1 = data type
    5 = item id
    5 = aug 1 id
    5 = aug 1 luck
    5 = aug 2 id
    5 = aug 2 luck
    5 = aug 3 id
    5 = aug 3 luck
    5 = aug 4 id
    5 = aug 4 luck
    5 = aug 5 id
    5 = aug 5 luck
    5 = aug 6 id
    5 = aug 6 luck
    1 = is evolving item
    4 = evolving group id
    2 = current evolving level
    5 = ornament icon id
    5 = item luck

    1: Link type
    2-6: Item ID
    7-11: Aug 1 ID
    12-16: Aug 1 Luck Amt
    17-21: Aug 2 ID
    22-26: Aug 2 Luck
    27-31: Aug 3 ID
    32-36: Aug 3 Luck
    37-41: Aug 4 ID
    42-46: Aug 4 Luck
    47-51: Aug 5 ID
    56-61: Aug 5 Luck
    62-79: Unknown
    80-83: Display Icon (changes if ornament / hero's forge in item)
    84-88: Item Luck
    89-96: Some of it is random? generated when item is created or updated, to prevent the generation of links without the link have being seen at least once (this value must be known for a link to work). Could be more?

    Does anyone know how this person got these numbers? The old way of doing ;tell itemLink isn't working for me anymore.

    Nevermind, it is working just not for items that are only one word long. Anyone know how to get the hash for one word items?

    When im not doing hunters ldons is what i do. They need a leaderboard for all servers be nice to see were im at.
