Devs have said Mangler will equal Ragefire exp rate. As a test, I youtubed a video of launch day of Ragefire and watched a brand new lvl 1 make its first kill on a lvl 1 black wolf. The result was 7% exp gain. Video Shown here I then created a freshly made character on Agnarr using the same race/class and I killed a lvl 1 black wolf. The result was 5% exp gain. So confirmed, Mangler will have a fantastic exp rate and combine this with 3 month unlocks and Mangler will be a great place for casuals to start fresh
I think they meant exp rates on start, not current. The OP said the video was from launch day of RF, thus no patch. And I don't think Agnaar will ever get a boost(first one is GoD I think).
From the info dump: "On this server, experience will be gained at nearly double the rate of Ragefire or Lockjaw." The key word here being double. So it would be 10%-20-30-40-50-60 for each level 1 even-con kill.
Killing an even con at lvl 1 on live servers gives 10% XP for what it's worth. So 7% seems pretty good.

So Selos will be "nearly" double Ragefire XP. My question is about the per kill cap? I kind of remember it being 8% on Ragefire, like 2% on Phinny, seen someone post Live was 10%, and don't remember what Agnarr was. So what will the cap% be on Selos? Will killing a Red/Yellow con at lvl 3 be the exact same 5% xp on both Mangler and Selos due to per kill cap? I know this really only applies to the first few levels, after that the xp difference of the servers should be very noticeable.
