Combine Power Shard Drops

Has anyone gotten a Combine Power Shard to drop in Degmar since the 1/18 patch?

I have killed Horthin 25 times and Degmar twice in the last 3 days and so far none have dropped for me. Am I just having extremely bad luck with the RNG?

I just want to know why we have to go back to old content to get current powersources..

I got 3 of them to drop the other day for me, it took all day to get them tho

RNG hates you.... does me most times too.

OK so after 30+ named I finally got 1 to drop. Hopefully the drop rate starts getting better.

Yes, it is the RNG. Dat RNG.

If it has drops a max level player wants; then it's still current content.

RNG as to do with it but Degmar Power Source as the lowest drop rate.

Much improved drop rate last night and today. I now have 6 of the damn things in far fewer mobs since my slump Thursday and Friday.

Drop rate is definitely down.
