The shawl augment - http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=110923 How frequently does it proc? I guess my question is, would the healing be significant once you include all heal AAs onto it?
I would have to say it depends on what class you're using but from my experience to heal procs pretty frequently
I Was thinking about using it with a paladin for the melee damage one. While the damage is a worthless, it also does a 400pt heal that can trigger every time you swing. If it gets all your heal focuses, that could be 1-5k every couple seconds, which isn't terrible.
