Fixed Internally Coirnav XP Rate Error - Did NOT Update to Live Server Rates

    The Coirnav XP rate mod was overlooked (again) when it switched to TSS.
    Coirnav is half the XP rate of Live Servers. That was what it was at DODH.

    Data:
    - Coirnav - Level 4 killing Level 3 leaf drake = 3.040% XP
    - Xegony - Level 4 killing Level 3 leaf drake = 6.081% XP

    Please, please, please look at the AAxp rate too. That was overlooked in the past too.

    Fixed. And actually fixed now. There is no "Fixed Now" option for the header.
