I haven't played since Agnarr launch and now when I try to load in, I get a pop up box saying "You character took XXX seconds to load in. You might have missing characters. Contact Customer support" and then freezes the games. I can't click ok or even make a new character. This is on a fresh install. I deleted EQclient.ini already and tried installing DX9, but it says I have a newer version already.
I have DirectX 9 as when I try to install it, it says it doesn't saying it's already there (and should have been from playing Agnarr). Now it loads up, but it won't let my mouse click anywhere on the character screen. Just did a fresh install again. Deleted EQclient.ini per previous forum posts and still nothing. Edit: I went to a server with no characters and it worked and let me make a new one.
