    Reduce the cost of any new AA's they are currently way over priced, for the return, just way out of line.

    Adding a few more to my original list:

    Passive
    -Additional ranks for abundant healing.
    -Increase counters / add corruption Purify Soul, Group Purify Soul, Radiant Cure, Purified Spirits.
    -Increase ranks Intrinsic Efficiency.
    -Increase Aura timer.

    Active
    -An instant cast single target heal over time, much like Focused Celestial Regeneration (separate timer), but "viral" spread.
    -An instant cast single target, Ward-of-Certitude-like, buff. Something to help mitigate the large damage output of WK/DH raid mobs. Something longer lasting than the ward of cert, but maybe have it mitigate less, or just give the AA a relatively long recast timer. Really just any form of extra damage mitigation would be nice.
    -An instant cast AA version of DI, so it can be recast mid-fight without having to interrupt / drop healing, but given a long recast timer so as to not remove the need for having coordinated spell-based DI's cast.
    -Forceful Resurrection: A no confirmation box resurrection. For those stubborn or afk people who don't take their resurrections (just kidding).

    - Issuance of Grace AA: AA version of the Issuance of Grace spell with the same effects and recast timer (5 min.). I know spell to AA conversions are frowned upon in general, but this probably shouldn't have been a spell to begin with. It has a low AE heal effect (2615 a tick, non-focusable, can't critical heal with it), short AE range (75-100 feet in my testing, though it might be bugged since I'm told it should be 200), and a long recast timer (5 min). You'd need at least 4-5 Clerics casting the spell in the same general area to have a noticeable healing effect on a raid, and most of us aren't willing to memorize a spell with a recast timer this long with limited spell gem space. It ends up fighting for space with Ward of Certitude, Shining Armor, and Splash for Clerics who don't want to memorize more than 1 AE healing ability (and Splash is far superior to Issuance so it's not even a contest).

    The spell version could be improved by bumping up the healing so it's actually worth the long recast or lowering the recast by a significant amount, but I don't think the Spell Developer would ever get either of those values high/low enough to please most of us. Turning it into an AA, then, is the easiest way to salvage the spell without changing it much. You could add ranks to improve the healing and lower the recast time if you wanted to, also, so in time it would have a more noticeable effect with fewer Clerics.

    - Healing Companion: A single-target version of Issuance of Grace, this would summon a healing ward (something other than a shield -- maybe our 1.0 epic?) on a player target that would send a 10,000 hp heal (non-focusable, cannot critical) to the target each tick for 30 seconds, with a recast timer of 5 minutes. This would be an emergency tool to handle spike damage, sort of like a beefed up version of the Steadfast Servant. The heal values might need adjusting, but I'd prefer something high for a short duration than something low for a longer duration so it fits the intended purpose.

    - Purified Spirits: Increase the counters on this and add Corruption so it's capable of curing everything that needs curing in a single cast. Though I understand limiting the power of targetable and group AA cures, we should be able to at least cure ourselves of most detrimental effects with our self-only AA cure every 3 minutes. Most detrimental effects are either not curable or cast with enough frequency that this won't be overpowered -- it will just give us a window of opportunity to cure ourselves quickly so we can guarantee our survival long enough to heal or cure the group.

    More AA ideas for Clerics I have in mind as seen below

    1. Destroy Undead AA: This passive ability further increases the chances of destroying undead while using the Turn Undead ability, additional ranks further improve the chances of destroying undead outright as well as the level cap of the undead affected up to 99th level.
    2. Duel Wielding Hammers AA: This passive ability allows the Cleric's Hammer Summoning spells to attack a chosen target at the Cleric's choice while duel wielding two hammers instead of one.
    3. Quicken Stuns AA: This passive ability shortens the cast time of all stun spells by 50%. This will not affect any specific stun abilities which have already had their cast times decreased by other means (Because Paladins have this, Clerics also need this as well).
    4. Splash of Life AA: Grants the Cleric an innate chance to heal oneself plus the whole group while casting direct damage spells. Additional ranks increase the power of the heal.
    5. Templar's Judgment AA: This ability imbues your direct damage spells with the power of judgment. Last up to 5 minutes or until 20 uses whichever happens first. Additional ranks increase the damage of Templar's Judgment.
    That's all I have in mind for now for Cleric AAs.

    I like your idea about issuance but to maximize the affect of it you can use forceful rejuv and lay down 2 issuances that's normally what I'd do. Men it for a high AE healing fight (like Wk1raid) pop it once hit forceful pop it again and then replace it.

    Even more ideas for Cleric AAs I have in mind as seen below.

    1. Divine Peace AA: The 2nd rank of this ability causes enemies within radius to be indifferent to the Cleric faction-wise for 12 seconds.
    2. Divine War AA: This ability grants the Cleric's target a defensive damage proc. Additional ranks slightly increase the amount of damage dealt by this ability.
    3. Purified Spirits AA: The 3rd rank of this ability not only removes negative effects from the Cleric's body but also provides a buff that blocks the next incoming negative effects, this buff will last for one minute or until the next incoming negative effect that hits the Cleric whichever happens first.
    4. Purify Soul AA: The 3rd rank of this ability not only cures most ailments from the Cleric's target but also grants a blessing that blocks the next incoming ailment, this buff will last for one minute or until the next incoming ailment whichever happens first.
    5. Shield of the Templar AA: Shield of the Templar blesses the Cleric's shield allowing it to proc a powerful bash-based damage proc on his/her target, it will also heal and cure the Cleric's group instantly whenever a Cleric bash's with a Shield. This effect will last up to 2 minutes and 30 seconds or until 5 uses whichever happens first, additional ranks increase the effectiveness of the damage. NOTE: This bash proc effect of this ability won't work while bashing with any 2-handed weapon.

    (B103) Improved Sanctified Blessing - increases the chance that a heal will be granted by Sanctified Blessing.
    (B104) Improved Unfailing Divinity - increases the size of the heal given by Unfailing Divinity when it fires
    (B105) Twice Blessed - grants someone who has been healed by Divine Intervention AA line to receive another heal instantly.

    (B115) Activated aa that greatly increases our bene range at the cost of greatly increased mana. Make it semi long-lasting as well. Say 2 minute duration 10 minute recast...
    (B116) A mini-heal burn type of activated aa as well, say perhaps a mini version of flurry of life make it only affect the renewal line perhaps called it flurry of renewal remove the recast delay on renewal type spells for say 2 mins (would cost a TON of mana but be super affective) - might require code work - Myk..?
    (B117) Bash of Life AA: Allows you to proc group heals while Bashing.
    (B118 ) Omnipotent Purify Soul AA: Grants a blessing that blocks the next incoming ailment, this buff will last for one minute or until the next incoming ailment whichever happens first. (This would work similar to the spell Puratus, however, any issues associated with the spell would be fixed first.
    (B119) Splash of Life AA: Grants the Cleric an innate chance to heal oneself plus the whole group while casting direct damage spells. Additional ranks increase the power of the heal.

    (B123) Improved Beacon of Life - 3 ranks, each rank adds 1000 to the heal


    DPS (Spell or Melee)
    (B201) Affliction mastery rank 1-3 (using critical affliction, level 6 as the pre-requisite). This is the 2nd line in the series of increased DOT crit chance AA's: critical affliction ranks 1-9, affliction mastery ranks 1-9, blood tithe ranks 1-6 is the line given to druids.
    (B202) Destructive cascade rank 1-3. This is the 1st in the line for increasing the damage done by dots. For druids, that entire line is: destructive cascade 1-15, vengeful spirits 1-9.
    (B203) Lucky Strike - AA nuke (for all types, not just undead).
    (B204) Deathly Strike - AA nuke (for undead only)
    (B205) A passive ability that gave the Celestial Hammer a Hand of Holy Vengeance proc. Give it a decent proc rate and with ranks increasing the power of the proc. Perhaps even add it to summoned pet hammers (spell) if feeling saucy.
    (B206) 2H Bash AA, I know not on why Clerics never got this but I believe they should so they can bash with any 2h weapons they wield, it's been long enough.
    (B207) Group Divine Avatar AA: Infuses divine spirits within everyone in group, increasing their attack and damage for a short period.
    (B208 ) Divine Hammer Empathy: As the Enchanter's Animation Empathy for summoning cleric's hammer, further more it should on the first rank also allow the divine hammer to stay with the cleric until death or dismissed whichever happens first.
    (B209) Companion Alacrity/Durability/Fury AA Lines: For the Cleric's Pet Hammer.
    (B210) Armor of the Templar AA: Increases the Cleric's Armor Class and further increases the effectiveness of direct damaging spells.
    (B211) Blessing of the Divine: For Clerics and for Paladins, increases the effectiveness of Bash-based procs.
    (B212) Templar's Wrath AA: Allows you to proc additional damage for every direct damage spell you cast, will last up to 5 minutes or 20 uses whichever happens first.

    (B302) Chance to proc a very short duration, or maybe very low counter, damage mitigation buff after successful heals, comparable to abundant healing procs. Again, may have some coding issues with stacking.
    (B303) Extended Ward of Certitude - increases the amount of hits ward of certitude lasts for.

    (B307) A defensive ability via an aa - say fade is down but you need to be able to live or you want to step into AE ramp to get some extra aura defensive onto a tank, or simply need to move closer for a mechanic or, anything really - even when a tank goes down and you get aggro and you want to rez but STAY on aggro so others don't die = aa for some kind of avoid damage Divine Aura ability but also has a massive amount of hate associated with it - idk the more I type that one the more I am thinking "hello exploit me" but I like the idea~!

    (B402) Hastened Call of the Herald - reduce the reuse timer of Call of the Herald by 10 seconds per rank. 3 ranks. (This allows a total of 4 expansions before the timer gets down to 3 minutes, which IMO is the ideal reuse timer since druid one is 2 min reuse fully hastened).
    (B403) Hastened Cascading Divine Aura - reduce the reuse timer of Cascading Divine Aura by

    (B420) Divine Peace AA: The 2nd rank of this ability causes enemies within radius to be indifferent to the Cleric faction-wise for 12 seconds.
    (B421) Blessing of Brell - Targetted Ale to the player (available to dwarf players only)
    (B422) Blessing of Innoruuk - Snare AA (available to dark elf players only)
    (B423) Blessing of Tunare/Karana/etc. - Create 1 AA that utilizes our old Symbol/Regent symbol quests
    (B424) Tertiary Forte - allows a 3rd specialization.

    Bless - 30 min buff that increases the damage of your melee allies weapon. Repop time also 30 min. Offensive utility.
    Armor of the gods - increases and or add second stats to our buffs. Keeping them viable even when mercs get an instant rank 2 over the real clerics.
    Beacon of light aas - first set increase range of aoe heal. 2nd set increase amount healed. 3 ability to crit. New ways to increase beacon of light.
    Armor rending - greatly lowers ac of npcs armor allowing for melee to do more damage. Offensive utility.

    Even more AA ideas, not sure what else I could think of for Clerics at this point but here it goes.

    1. Divine Aspect AA: This ability infuses your target with a divine spirit, further increasing your target's physical prowess for a short period of time. Additional ranks increase this effect. (This is a single target version of Divine Avatar, while a single target version, it's not as powerful then the Divine Avatar AA)
    2. Extended Sermon AA: This passive ability will extend the duration of any spell within the Cleric's Sermon line by 1 tick per rank.
    3. Extended Turn Undead AA: This passive ability will extend the duration of the Cleric's Turn Undead ability by 1 tick per rank.
    4. Extended Yaulp AA: This passive ability will extend the duration of any Yaulp spell as well as the AA version of Yaulp by 1 tick per rank.
    5. Flurry of Death AA: This ability increases the power of all direct damage abilities by 20% for up to sixty seconds. Each additional rank increases the damage bonus slightly (it shares the same timer and slot as with the Flurry of Life AA).
    6. Hastened Yaulp AA: This passive ability will reduce the reuse timer of all the Cleric's Yaulp Spells and the Yaulp AA by 1 second per rank.
    7. Mark of the Righteous AA: This ability gives you an alternative version of Mark of the Righteous, additional ranks further improve the effect of this ability. (Since Clerics never really got an upgrade version of this spell since it dose stack with bluish iconic Mark/Blood Cleric spells, I don't see why they shouldn't have an AA version of Mark of the Righteous).
    8. Power of the Iron Maiden AA: This passive ability will intensify the overall effect of the reverse damage shields you will cast upon your targets. Additional ranks will increase the effectiveness of this ability.
    I think this is all I can think of for Cleric AA abilities, at least for now.
