Well I haven't studied this exact spell, I am basing my knowledge off the druid and shaman ones. My cleric is 106 and rarely played. I hope it gets fixed before I get to it.

The spell data doesn't match in any particular, and what you said the spell data means doesn't match a real anything anywhere. You didn't "oops mixed up the classes", my dude. AND it's not a high level problem. There's Intervention spells at 83 88 93 98 and 103, you have 5/6ths of the spell line
