I don't know. However, taken from various sources I have: Cobalt Scar (Claws of Veeshan) Dragon Necropolis (Claws of Veeshan) Skyshrine (Claws of Veeshan) The Sleeper's Tomb (Claws of Veeshan) The Temple of Veeshan (Claws of Veeshan) The Western Wastes (Claws of Veeshan) As for Cobalt Scar and Siren's Grotto combined, I don't know. I do believe that Skyshrine and Cobolat Scar are somehow related, though. Because the Collector's, Preminum, and Family & Friends editions have "teleport devices to Skyshrine", which in the description of them say they actually teleport you to Colbalt Scar, rather than Skyshrine.
Your list is correct and yes Cobalt Scar and Siren's Grotto are combined. Siren's Grotto is fully there, same layout as before. All zones re skinned and scaled in size. They look quite nice in my opinion. The new dragon models are really cool too.
