http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=36775 6th in the Iksar Beastlord claw quest series. Wondering if it is doable on TLP (Coirnav in particular)? IIRC I got stuck on the 5th claw on previous TLPs because either NPC's didn't spawn or items didn't drop, cant remember exactly which as it was a few years ago.
Results varied on the Cabilis-based quests as they were begun and implemented over several expansions. Some got a lot of love circa OoW back in the day. Not that long ago they tweaked some (necro comes to mind) so while you won't necessarily be able to do all stages in Kunark (or Luclin for the beast), you won't necessarily be waiting till OoW either.
This was the last of the 6 added iirc, so you may have to wait awhile. It was the most underwhelming of the 6 as well sadly =/.
