Classes epic obsolete!!!!

Why is certain classes stilll able to use their epi, whle others are outdated.

Bard, shaman and, zerker can stil use, but druid and wizard, and such is outdated.

There should be make so all classes can use. Or NO classes can use above 100.

Since druid is vs shaman and shaman still get 100% effect, then so should druid

I'd be in favor of removing the max level limit of Season's Fury and removing Season's Wrath.

Zerk epic has been obsolete for a long time.

Technically, the bard and shaman epics benefit everyone else in the group more than the person doing the click

because different devs made different epic 2s back in the day, and some put ZERO thought into how they worked. Thus why some clicks are incredibly OP and others are meh. Some have hard level caps and others are totally open ended.
As well, the current dev philosophy is to avoid changing old stuff at all costs, thus why certain classes have been brokenly op for well over a decade now.

Indeed, I sort of agree with the frustration that some epics remain value and others do not, but Druid in particular isn't the greatest example due to Season's Wrath.

Every once in a great while I look at my Pally 2.0 and I am glad I put the effort to get it, but I haven't used it in a very long time. I don't raid and it has become a historical relic for me.

They've already addressed your complaint, years ago, with regard to druids. Honestly the level 100 heroics should come epic 2.0'd, money maker for EQ and I don't have to repeat epics just because I want to make another bard/shaman/sk, etc....with valuable epics.

Warrior epic lasted about a week before there were better weapons.

Wurmy+sword of the shissar > lightsabers in kunark. War epic is never more than best in slot offhander in omens.

We got just 2 missions this expansion and no class weapon quests….so.

Theres an awful lot of revisionist history going on. Warrior epics were great in era because they had an agro proc. Back then literally every warrior used lightsabers - because they were optimal. Its just that whats "optimal" has changed.
People on tlp are only thinking about dps since warriors now have endurance based agro abilities. However back then they didn't exist. Slightly better dps weapon is meaningless if your tank cannot hold agro, hence why EVERY warrior had lightsabers.

Totally off topic but I want to express my hatred with the over usage of NPCs having the epic 2.0 graphic.

Like, no, those are ours. We did that not some random NPC. It's like you can find an epic 2.0 in the bottom of an cracker jack box now days.
