Claimed item lost after serverdown + rollback

    Heya.

    Yesterday I bought the EoK Collector's Edition expansion and claimed the Duffel of Di'Zok. A short while later the server Agnarr crashed and after the rollback my Duffel is gone - but I also can't claim it again. Halp plx!

    You'll need to put in a petition more than likely. Be sure to include full item names, no abbreviations etc.

    Already did that and only got an automated response so far ...Hope someone human, elven, gnomish or even iksar will contact me soon..

    And usually in that automated response it will ask you to do something - like check the find item button and see if the bag is listed anywhere. Then it may ask you to respond if that worked or did not work. If you do not respond they will close the ticket.
