Chat channel problems

Universal chat has been down on Bristlebane server for more then 24 hours.

Luclin also.

Mangler too

I had all of my chat channels on Cazic, but when I logged onto an alt on another server, I lost the serverwides.. again

This is WAY past ridiculous, twice tonight 5/13/21, my chat channels went away. Once during skyshrine and the next during Sontalak.

This NEEDS fixing.

This is a real problem. I can't join any serverwide.name channels. It has happened before. Can we please get some acknowledgement on this problem?

When I'm on my Xegony alt, I cannot join serverwide channels, and when I am on Cazic Ely or Katarite There's no one from Xegony in the serverwide bard channel.. and I know at least Jennre and Caio join it when they can

I'm talking server channels, especially those dealing with raids, like parse and wait list.
