    Which server are you on? It is possible they are restricted on TLP servers or FV.

    edit: checked a FV toon, not listed due to not being able to transfer off. Does show up on Magefire.

    Wow, that's it. Yes I am on FV but I was hoping to transfer one char from one account to another - but still on FV... am I not able to do that then, even though I intend to stay on FV?

    Check here , it specifically says don't buy a token for account to account.
