Ceremonial Sash of Sahteb Mahlni - Expanding Mind aa broken

Ceremonial Sash of Sahteb Mahlni, and probably all of the raid belts associated with the new rank of Expanding Mind XXVI, is broken. Instead of a permanent shadow buff, I get a buff that lasts for an hour. Additionally, it doesn't update the aa window and I can't go back and use old belt clicks for the perma buff. The perma buffs will show up in the buff window, but no stats will come with it.

I get the impression all the item clicky aa's are broken from guild chat, but this is one I can actually confirm.

You don't normally lose ranks of Expanding Mind by changing gear. So unless somehow the new gear is erasing your previous EM, you should still be showing last year's rank in your AA window.

The "shadow buff" that displays is completely useless and actively detrimental to you because it uses your limited buff slots leading to you being buff locked quicker.

replying for visibility but i got the hydra shard earring and the might of stone aa doesnt not give out a rank and you dont get the shadow buff

Pretty sure every single item with a special aa clicky upgrade on it is broken this exp, along with your heroic AA for beating missions.
