Casino npcs are not present on agnarr. The original intent was to have casino go live way way way before GoD. All of the rewards except the glowing drogmor mounts are current with that progression. Arguably they could be included as well There is nothing game breaking about bringing casino to agnarr. It creates no imbalances and it would hurt any other server to have it unlock at LDoN instead of Gates. Players shouldn't be punished and have to wait for Gates just because the original casino was broken the first time you guys tried to release it. Please consider my request. Heck, have a vote on agnarr and see if the players would vote it in. It isn't going to change progression by adding it at LDoN.
