Cascading Theft of Life XI, XII and XIII

Previous max level of Cascading Theft of Life X:
1: Increase Hitpoints by 12000. Max: None. Calculates to current max level.

New and improved levels XI, XII and XIII:
Id: 52050 - Increase Hitpoints by 1300. Max: None. Calculates to current max level.
Id: 52051 - Increase Hitpoints by 1400. Max: None. Calculates to current max level.
Id: 52052 - Increase Hitpoints by 1500. Max: None. Calculates to current max level.

This was reported in beta but apparently never corrected.

Haven't upped mine yet but is the actual heal value correct or is it really borked up.

I'm not 'upgrading' until there is an official fix for this issue.

Not really an 'upgrade' when a heal goes from 12000 to 1300

I was pretty sure I hadn't upgraded mine, but I apparently grabbed rank 11 at some point

It is really messed up. I posted this bug earlier but nothing happened with it.

This was reported in beta also.

Dzarn (or his script) forgot to add a zero to each rank.
