cant scroll chat boxes or zoom in/out

using a dell inspiron 15 3535

cant use scroll for anything in game. works outside of game.

have tried a fresh install of os and eq

have tried all the basic trouble shooting; F9/F12, in game options etc

cant find any more info online. would love some help. thanks!

Try Alt+O and click the mouse tab. There is a box to click for zoom in/out.

Is this a box, or your main PC.

This is a common bug when using certain KVM style programs. If this is the case, try plugging in any actual mouse with a scroll wheel, and it should fix the problem. If this is not the case, I do not know what the issue would be.

Tried all those simple fixes unfortunately

Don’t have a mouse but guess i could Amazon one. Are we thinking that once i do this with a mouse it will work on the track pad without a mouse attached
