Can't retrieve backpack parcel

I came back a couple of months ago as a Silver account - just to check out the state of the game these days. After a few weeks, I re-subbed for Gold. In going through my necro's inventory, preparing to pick up where I had left off with my epic, I noticed some items missing. I started to panic, as some of them were a real PITA to get.

Someone suggested I look in parcels. Sure enough, when my subscription lapsed, stuff in my shared bank was sent to my character as parcels. I was able to retrieve all parcels except for one backpack. When I try to retrieve it, I get a message telling me that it contains a lore item I already have on my character, in the bank, in my house, etc. Well, that's all well and good, but it doesn't tell me *which* lore item it is, so that I can rectify the problem. I can't open the bag to see what's in it, and it doesn't give me the option of sending the parcel to another character. I can't just shuffle stuff into my bank, as that wouldn't solve the lore item problem.

Any ideas on how to resolve this? I have submitted a petition, hoping they can help me out.

I guess you could put all of your lore items that could be put in your shared bank on your necro into the shared bank and pick them up with another character, then you should be able to get the backpack out of the parcel thing.

I had considered that, but I have a metric crap ton of lore items, some of which are no-trade, yet may be the problem item. I coudn't even tell you which augs, for example, I have looted since returning to the game and which I had from before, as much of my time this past several weeks has been spent in the same zones I was playing in before.

EDIT: Then again, I don't suppose no-trade items would have been in my shared bank slots in the first place...
