Anyone successful purchase "Wayfarer's Pocketed Rucksack Large Bundle"?

I try many times and different char / account but still fail.

Not sure if anyone buy it successful.

same problem it goes and says your purchase has been completed but never takes the sc nor gives the bundle

I can't either. It's the same as when the LoN promo packs showed up in the sc store, I click to purchase, it says you bought it, no sc cash goes out of the balance and when you go to look for the item, no soup.

did they fix the lon sale?

as of 8 am cst, i still can't purchase the bags. A quarter of the time it's said to be discounted has just about gone by. It's 6am pst, i'm sure it'll get ironed out, lol. I love the game flaws and all. It's always good for a laugh.

I petitioned though I don't expect a response till after the weekend. Anyone know what happens with a sale when something like this happens? I don't want to have bought the SC for nothing.

Well 15 hours now left on it and it still cannot be purchased.

Tried on 2 accounts and got nothing delivered. Petitioned on one and am going to call their customer support line after 10 pst and see if I can get a hold of a supervisor and get my "SOE Black Friday FAIL!!" purchase to go through. Rather be playing than staring at a clock waiting to make some phone rep have a hard time.

Feeling robbed atm - I hope they'll keep to offering the discounted price for anyone who petitioned before the sale is over (or if they have a means of verifying the attempted purchase and you still have available SC).

Trying to buy big bags, but the transaction doesn't happen, even though I get a success message.
I'm also still pissed the Cherry Blossom Tree sale did not work on Luclin, as I would have bought a bunch of those.
Marketplace = Revenue, it MUST work for FTP to be successful.
Why won't you take my money?

Same issue with Bag purchase here... All appears to be fine but no SC subtracted and no bags added .

I hope they will extend the sale a couple of days once they fix it. My play window is almost up for the day.

They didn't extend the cherry trees when those failed, despite multiple petitions/posts.

Been trying to buy a bundle every time I've been on. No go, failed purchase every time. There must be a Shakespeare line that describes my disappointment, but nothing comes to mind.
