Pretty sure u chalk his one up to all the issues/ server issues they've had over the pass xx months. Cant even add a phone number for "unusual activity".
ok found a workaround.....1 make a char with the wanted class 2 Enter the game 3 Click the DB button and purchase the heroic char 4 Log off and then cklick the right lvl 1 char and choose upgrade 5 Enjoy your heroic lvl 85 char
