I was able to make this on 1 of my 4 characters the others getting this message. "That combine would result in a LORE item (Velium Infused Gem of Brilliance) you already possess." Have use the find feature to make sure I do not have one on any of the characters I cannot do the combing on.
You have Vellium Infused Gem of Vigors on those toons. The Brilliance and Vigor augs are in the same lore group - Velium Infused Brains or Brawn. You don't get two stamina augs.
