Cannot create new account

    I'm trying to create a new account and it is not allowing me to proceed once I fill in all the fields. I've got 5 active right now, so I'm familiar with the process, and it's nto working.

    I've tried on two different computers and multiple browsers on each. It takes all the information, but will not accept the "Play for Free" keypress.

    Does it take checks in the box to accept rules above the "play free" button?
