Can we keep the current character select background forever ?

I believe we figured out in another thread, that I can't find, the character select screen is a '.CLZ' file.

I think you know where to look, and how to use that.

This caused me to think, why not have little visual easter eggs in the backgrounds?

Yea after doing some digging that was my assumption as well.

I believe this is in the "Resources/loadzone.txt" file in your EQ installation. You can configure date ranges for when the various holiday themed character screens are displayed.

No idea how badly you can break things by messing with this.
