I don't recall seeing this addressed anywhere else, but with as many threads are open as on these boards it is possible I just missed it. This thread is refering to the current model of achievment gear payouts vs the required level to do the quest. For example: Paragon's Beastplate http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=114371 Recommended level of 80. Required level of 75. The quest it comes from http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=5589 Achievement: Storming Kaesora and Kurns Level 80 Max 100 This means that characters cannot even claim the reward items until they are level 80 (so why make it level 75 required?) While this issue doesn't apply to most of my toons, I do still have the occasional rebuild or new toon that could benefit from being able to wear some of this gear as soon as it says it is possible; especially with the whole new level spread range on grouping.
