Can not resubcribe!

    I have had 2 of my reoccurring accounts cancelled within this past week and anytime I attempt to repurchase the subs I am being denied and told to contact my bank. Contacted bank and they said the charges have not been attempted. anyone else having this issue?

    Check the card info, perhaps you are checking with the wrong bank or something is expired and failing before it even gets to the bank.

    You will have to petition and get them to correct it. This has been happening a lot and more than likely it is on DBG's side as they changed their system recently.

    Petition but ensure your accounts are tied to same email address.
