If you go directly into Markedsplace using the button when on a char, and you buy Hero's Forge Armor Feature, where does the item be placed on your char, is it on claims or parcel or mail or whereever is it ? I I cannot find it anyplace and my coins have been reduced, but the buy now type 21 is still green
If its still green then you did not buy it or it has not registered. The armor set you get for purchasing the feature goes under EQ - Quests -Reward. Its per character - not account - so make sure your on the character you bought it on Try logging all the way out and back in thru the patcher The Heros Forge feature is not offered to a character that already has it. So once it registers then your "Buy Now" button would not be green Did you also verify under account management = purchase history that it shows you bought it? If none of that helps then file a petition and reference the purchase history transaction number.
