Fixed Internally Bugged Mercenary - Cannot Hire new Merc, Cannot unsuspend or dismiss and showing empty merc slots.

    Bugged Mercenary - Cannot Hire new Merc, Cannot unsuspend or dismiss and showing empty merc slots.

      Hello,
      I am having a bugged Mercenary issue on my character.
      My merc window is showing 2 empty slots. However it will not let me hire a new mercenary and i get the message " You have the maximum number of mercenaries. You must dismiss one before purchasing a new one". when i try to hire. (screenshot proof added)
      I try clicking dismiss mercenary and i get the message "You do not currently have a mercenary" (screenshot proof added)
      I try clicking Unsuspend button and i get the message "You can't unsuspend the selected mercenary because this mercenary requires you to have All Access Membership" (screenshot proof added)
      I have all access membership on this account (screenshot proof added)
      This is leaving me completely unable to Hire, Dismiss, Unsuspend, or see any mercenary in my slots.
      Please could you rectify the issue, even if it is so i can just re-hire new mercenary.
      I have tried relogging. Zoning, Camping etc. Nothing seems to rectify.

      I would suggest filing a report in that section as well to further elevate awareness, as other players that may be similarly impacted can chime in and up-vote the issue.       I do apologize that we don't have a CS-based solution for you. If a bug is detected, we hope to see it corrected at the development level as soon as humanly possible.

    If people could up vote this for me so i can actually get a merc working again please. Petition got me no where.

    This is from another bug report with same issue but on test server - maybe it will work for you

    Open merc window, dismiss.
    Open Merc Merchant window, try to buy and fail, keep window open.
    Open merc window, dismiss. and repeat until you get error "You must own a mercenary to bring this window up!"
    Try to hire merc, get an error about needing to wait due to recent dismissal.
    wait 30 seconds.
    Hire and collect bacon.
