Not showing up after two updates. The last update was in Barren Coast. Went to BB and Steamfont mountains searching and found nothing... I ended up back tracking every zone the party machine was supposed to be in and found nothing... Ide say this is an issue, especially after looking in all 20 zones its supposed to be in. FYI, ranger/druid/bard tracking was used. No freaking excuses!

He does not follow a set path like x zone then y zone then z zone. There is a formula with time involved. And it never works to run from one zone to another trying to track him. Be patient grasshopper, this quest takes a loooong time.

He spawns in 1 zone for an hour and then moves to the next, for an hour, etc for 20 hours, rince and repeat.

If you didn't wait in the zone after the one you saw him in for up to an hour, you missed him and left too early.

He doesn't change zones on the hour, he changes zones after he has been there for an hour. I always found it easier to do after a patch.

I think you will find he does follow a set path, well he does all the times I've done him, but he doesn't move on as soon as you find him, as he stays in each zone for an hour.

There once were a manual on where the machine would be. It was so that like 20 hours after patch he would be at zone X, and 21 hours zone Y and so on.

I do have the formula and have been using it every year. If you miss him in one zone then it is easy to pick him up in another zone if you calculate the time correctly so in semantic speak that is a path, your right.

It will change after the patch tomorrow and we can start all over.

The BPM does not show up on Tracking, nor can it be targeted.
